100% Stoneground Irish Spelt sourdough made using flour sourced from Oak Forest Mills, based County Kilkenny. The spelt grains are expertly stonegound using Austrian Osstiroller Mills, producing a fresh flour that's high in protein and wheatgerm oils.

 

In turn, this staple ingredient enables us to make a quality bread that we are proud of - naturally leavened and full of flavour! Baked dark to caramelize natural sugars.
