A versatile staple, Table Sourdough is our most popular bread. Made using a blend of organic flours; 70% roller milled European wheat, and 30% locally grown, stoneground Irish spelt. Baked dark for an intensly flavoursome crust!
Available as a half or whole
All Table Sourdough are weighed and baked as 2kg loaves.
For 1kg sizes, we cut the loaf in half on the morning the bread is due for delivery and wrap it in paper to retain freshness. Please note that loaf weight is approximate.
