Raisin & Sesame Loaf is chock-full of goodness; soaked organic Corinthian currants and organic Vitis Vinifera sultanas are combined with an orange & ginger purée (made in-house) and added to the dough. Each loaf is shaped and rolled in organic sesame seeds prior to baking; our sourdough adaptation of a traditional Irish Barmbrack.
