    Our sourdough croissant really is 100% sourdough; a 3 day process that provides layers and layers of flaky, buttery deliciousness!

     

    Made using organic flour, organic butter, organic sugar and eggs from our own little flock. 

     

    care note: eat fresh the same day for ultimate satisfaction or reheat in oven for a few minutes at 150C. Our croissants have a longer shelf-life than their yeasted counterparts, so they can be enjoyed up to a week later (if they manage to last that long).
